How long does the visit last?It takes 2 hours on site. The game lasts about 1h30.

From what age can we participate in the game?The game is accessible to everyone from 4 years old.

Can I cancel my reservation and request a refund?In accordance with Article L 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, the purchase of a leisure or cultural service taking place on a specific date is not subject to the legal right of withdrawal. As such, any ticket issued cannot be exchanged, modified or refunded, except in the event of cancellation by CHATEAU DE TIREGAND of the service to which the ticket gives rise. Tickets are transferable to a third party if and only if the fare type (adult, child) is respected. Otherwise, it is not possible to pay the supplement on site.

Can we buy our tickets on site?We thank you for booking your tickets online before you come to our website.

Is it possible to add an extra ticket after booking?Yes by booking an additional person on the same time slot. Do not hesitate to contact our teams at chateau.tiregand24@gmail.com if the slot is ever full.

Is it possible to visit with a stroller?Please note that the route is not accessible to pushchairs, it is best to provide a baby carrier for the entire route!

Can we come with a dog?Dogs are welcome at the Château but only outside.
