The game is accessible to everyone from 3 years old. 
The course is the same for everyone but there are two levels of challenges/puzzles depending on age.

Can I cancel my reservation and request a refund?

In accordance with Article L 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, the purchase of a leisure or cultural service taking place on a specific date is not subject to the legal right of withdrawal. As such, any ticket issued cannot be exchanged, modified or refunded, except in the event of cancellation by CHATEAU DE TIREGAND of the service to which the ticket gives rise. Tickets are transferable to a third party if and only if the fare type (adult, child) is respected. Otherwise, it is not possible to pay the supplement on site.

Please note that the route is not accessible to pushchairs, it is best to provide a baby carrier for the entire route!
